LaF does have a policy about not fishing for retals while untagged. Where only 1 self retal is allowed after you tag up. But i dont think that would apply when you were in a tag previously. Also doesnt apply to special attacks.

LaF also has a policy where if you do something to a solo or untagged country then as long as that country only retaliates against the aggressor that hit it then it stays as a 1v1. Which might apply in this case. If Josey was having fun and wanted to keep doing it.
