Speaking as an ally, I think your policy is too complicated and will lead to trouble for you.

For example, what is the point of this?

You can't really have both....

In all honesty I believe PDM's retal policy is far superior to anyone in the game. Detmer spent a lot of time making sure there was balance and fairness for both the grabber and teh grabbed.

A policy should be 80% L:L Country:Country (where ghost acres make up the remaining 20%) or 1:1 Country:Alliance.

A policy such as that places importance on individual responsibility to defend their country to a reasonable level while still being able to retal a hit on them, otherwise the alliance can take 1 hit only.

Sorry folks being in an alliance doesn't mean you get to run with 50k turrets and not get grabbed. The mentality of "How dare ANYONE land grab me" is a cancer to the game.

My advice to Rage: adopt PDM's policy and have fun.
