How difficult would it be to turn this game into an android/iphone app? Something that runs similuar to the mobile version of ee. The amount of peiple would skyrocket if it was a free app.

Not very difficult on the mobile client end, since it is just data display.

Not very difficult on the server end either, just needs a json or otherwise API for the client to call, but somewhat annoying to do only because you also need to handle all the different ways a turn request can fail and reply it appropriately.

that, and mainly it'd take a good chunk of time; it's on the list, but honestly seeing Pang's designs for the forum, if we move that way with the game too... then the mobile site will work just fine, probably wouldn't need an app

The app would be for exposure. Ppl see a free game and they download it to try it out. Not many ppl searching google for free text based games

Nerds could be attracted more to this type of game.

Integration with various social networks would be good :) and android * iphone; but that will be *much* easier once we've done this revamp & design...
