what if failed spy ops kill a portion of the enemies spies like missiles do to SDI?

that would make failing an op at least have a small benefit.

Well I feel that is what 'Attack Intelligence Centers' is for.

Not like it would be worth it, but I don't know how I feel about being able to lemming someone's SPAL down.

i hear ya detmer, but if you fail "attack intelligence centers" you still lose tons of spies to NO damage at all to the target, even a little boost to their SPAL.

like my spies were just waltzing down main street and got gunned down haha...nah they were actively trying to kill the targets spies :)

other attacks have collateral damage even for failed attempts...does it make sense to lose thousands of spies and not kill a single one of your opponents?

I suppose it depends on the nature of spies... I feel in the current situation that doesn't make sense. if we adopted a more Utopia-esque intelligence system where you choose how many spies to send on an operation then that would make more sense.

you have very little faith in our ability to A) notice changes and B) implement security i see....

it is not a question of ability to detect cheating

cheaters and authorities in all walks of life are in a constantly escalating cycle

it is just hat when you catch them red handed, you do not punish them

and when they taunt you on the forums by saying the more you push the more we thrive

you let them get away with it


will you eventually catch cheaters? of course
will you deter them from cheating again? no

thunders ninjas are ridiculous. i can confirm that his ninjas have hacked into the mainframe and are viciously humping every code line into submission in furtherance of his evil no-good cheating ways.

i am just glad to know, that if (and i do mean that as a very highly unlikely "if") his ninjas fail an attack, the mainframe will suffer no harmful effects at all and thunders ninjas will be beaten mercilessly to their deaths with soggy pickles.
