I thought this was fixed by giving mods free reign to delete for abuse, but this player abused for the last day or two and never was deleted.

When a country in 75 DR until the end of the round uses that DR to attack people who can retal without even buying a jet, simply because they know they're protected by that 75 DR, that's abusing DR badly.

This country did it to me and to several others, stealing lots of land with a tyrant country, when it was impossible for us to get it back despite it being an easy break.

That's not fair, it's abusing DR. Thank goodness he hit me a second time and I pancaked him or he maybe could have won. But regardless, attacking people who can retal without even buying a jet, and relying on DR to protect oneself, is serious DR abuse. I reported the country in plenty of time and it wasn't deleted. What's going on?

Btw, this cheater ended up reaching almost 50k land. So even though I beat him down to 0 c-sites he still set the land record. Without needing to defend his land. My suggestion isn't really a rule or code change, it's to have mods delete cheaters. Easy fix..

Express server should have more mods since the pace is so fast that letting a cheater run unchecked for an extra day has bigger consequences.

@Xinhuan it's just like how Primary/Tournament allegedly have several mods but galleri is the only active one. Express is supposed to have more than one mod but Warster is the only one who does anything. so if Warster/Galleri go away there isn't really any back-up.

Make Special attacks(GS/BR/AB) to no effect to DR. Hows that? Since missles dont even take any effect to DR now.

What's considered a 'fair' amount of turrets to have to defend your land while you grab in DR? Mayb 2m turrets on 10k, 3m at 15k, 6m at 20k, 8m at 25k, 12m at 30k? Let me know so I know how many turrets I should get next time if I get into similiar situations.

I think there is a lot of ambiguity in what DR abuse is.

What if a guy was planning on going all jetter topfeeder, and then he is put in DR. Then it is cheating when he carries out the same strategy after being put in deep DR?

Too much ambiguity here. Clearly h20s behavior changed slightly once he was pancaked, but it really didn't change that much.

I like this suggestion. And I would also suggest to have DHs not affect DR.
