Country searches, joining tags, etc. suddenly became case sensitive within the last month. this is a pain in the ass. i know i can just use the country number but i can't tell you how many times i've tried to search for a country and got no results because I didn't know exactly how they had the country name capitalized. Can we get the case sensitive stuff removed?

There are really only 2 places in the code where this needs code change...

A) Country Search
B) Joining a Tag

And it is a one-liner change. Please do it.
