it looks like alliance-players won't get 4 bonuspoints this week if they posted before reset.

it does if has posted weekly post before reset then no forum-bonus at 1st week.

no forum-bonus for restarts either but that's bit different subject.

yes, if set starts at wednesday and posts on monday no bonus for new country or old country either.
