This spy operation could not be completed. Error Code: ENEMY_PROTECTION

I mean... I obviously know what happened. Just thought that this should be polished more instead of displaying an error code that was returned.

i got that alot in ffa when targets were still in protection.

it should be something like This spy operation could not be completed. Country still in protection.
