The expenses bonus on the FFA Control panel does not cost 8 bonus points. It should be very simple to fix this.

If I recall right, the control panel wasn't updated to reflect the changed bonus prices from about a year ago. To put it simply, always do bonuses in game manually, not from the panel.

Damnit Xinhuan, I liked being able to do resource decay for just 6 points in the past. But now that I'm warring, and doing the expenses bonus, its annoying. If they just fixed the expenses bonus, but left the luck and decay bonuses the way they are, that'd make me happiest. But noooooo, you want EVERYTHING to be fixed, not just the bugs that are annoying.

Which one is correct? Because I've been working on decay all set. And my Control Panel shows it at 80% and if I look in a actually country it shows 67.2%.
