spied on d allies - he had none.

has happened 3 times this set, and had no issues at all in the past three sets before.

Did you factor in

A) His government?
B) Your government?
C) Your own readiness?
D) SSed instead of PSed?
E) Defense bonus?
F) Forgot about tanks and troops?
G) Calculated the weapons % incorrectly?
H) Target was online and bought up, or his SOs filled? (Checked NW vs spy op NW?)

i have a 97.98% success rate in primary and a 99.08% in tournament and i failed two hits this express set for no fathomable reason. checked that target nw didn't change, recalculated everything after the hit and i sent the right amount. odd. i don't believe the formulas would suddenly change but i can't figure it out. i just assume i SOMEHOW did something wrong but hey might as well mention it in this thread.
