Why can't I do this?? We use to be able to? Even the farmers can milk it with Mil tech :(

It's so much harder to play oil not being able to sell at all. Even if crazy-low. Get stuck with it.

You can only buy/sell oil on the Private Market on Express server due to the low number of players there.
