on the research page, the buy tech page on public market needs to be updated to have them as well.

Nope. You actually had to go to your advisor page to see decimals in your tech until the recent change to the research page.

country spy pages should be converted to the new page style, you have to go to saved ops to see tech %s.

dunno how ee handles rounding but in theory buyers might save money when they buy under 1 point of tech (like 0.3 points) and sellers might not get much/at all money.

i said BUY PAGE. When you buy techs, it displays 170%, instead of 170.5% like the research page now displays.
