Your losses were 0 military, and the attacker also lost 0 troops, so that must mean you have had 0 troops before you bought any.

I'm asking if you can confirm (by saying yes or no) if this was true, because qzjul has said that the amount of civillians lost in the attack (and hence food also) is determined by the troop:pop ratio.

If civ losses are based on troop:pop ratio why did the civ losses go up as he got attacked with no troops?

Could be because the attacker's NW is going up while the defender's NW is going down, and that closed the NW gap.

Likely the DR and the ratio are both factors.

Looks like the civ kills were ramping up because it takes a few hits to ramp up, but the food was coded differently and because he had 0 troops the entire food stock got eaten up by the first attacking brigade.

I would think this would be looked into ASAP. If his economy hindered on that 27 million bushels getting sold I think he should be repaid with interest for the delay in resolving this. I would be pissed if all I got back was my 27 mill bushels a week later.
