This is for express (should be ok in primary too, but thats a different topic).

Just trying to think of ways to improve Fascist. In my opinion D makes a way better farmer than F. So to improve F just a little increase the private sale price of oil. Without tech it'll be $280 an acre and with tech about $330.

As it stands it's a horrible idea to change to F at turn 1. If you could increase the money it makes at the beginning it'll get off to a better start and could become a contender.

This is an interesting idea. One side effect is this would convince me to tech start as a fascist oiler before switching to my main government. I usually open with farms to 1900, then mass explore, with the private market paying $156/acre or maybe 200 on the public. But with the option of making a guaranteed 280, or even more with public sales, it would be hard to resist.
