I died and restarted and had 0(0) turns on my new country. Other people have died and have 120 turns plus saved turns. How is the number of turns on a restart determined? I've been out of the war for nearly 3 days now.

Which server? did you self-delete ? I've tested it a number of times, I know it's worked every time I've done it.

That doesn't mean there isn't a bug, but it does mean I need specific information.

If you self deleted / dropped land, then you get no restart bonus.

Alliance server. Did not self-delete, RIVAL killed me.

To clarify, what are you supposed to start with?

You're supposed to start with the turns equal to the number of turns you would have if your country did not die (including all the ones that accumulated after your death).

yea; so if you had like 0 turns when you died, and you restarted *immediately* then you'd get 0 turns

But I didnt have 0 turns when I died nor did I restart immediately
