First of all, this DR on ghost acre gains seems to be a terrible idea. What if people have beef with each other and go at each other? After the first 3 attacks, land grabs start becoming useless.
Also, even without doing any landgrabs, if you do any special attacks on someone, that means the first time you grab them you don't get the ghost acreage.
The DR's arent solving land trading. It's only making it so more people are involved in inter alliance trading
