a recruit for xi is having problems using boxcar, everytime he filled out an ap it gave him error messages...but when they looked at the apps there were 9 or so of them from him..now when he logs in it gives him a blank page..any suggestions...?
it'll show that he is online but he is insisting that he gets blank pages everytime he logs in.

He wouldn't happen to be using a cellphone to access boxcar by any chance, would he?
