for recruiting from Facebook? I'd like to see this implimented

I can't say for sure this won't happen- but the problem with giving players bonuses for new players signing up is that it can be easily abused.

Now, if say you delayed the bonus time- that is, only give the referrer a bonus IF a country was active for an entire set, and apply the bonus the following set- that may be a little more acceptable... I still think it opens up a lot of doors for people to create countries under illegitimate circumstances though and I would highly discourage this practice.
