When grabbing we capture all building types except CS's

Suggest CS's can be captured also.

CS's are too valuable to take while grabbing. CS can be destroyed while grabbing though.

last 1 is good, its not easy to spend 50 turns to get land back ~what it was and build lost cs's back.

ya no stealing CS, it would really only help bottom feeders/farmers. And destroyed CS is a good way to limit land trading.
