[Sug] Declare peace countdown - Earth Empires Forum

I think it should say "You can declare peace in 5.6 hours" or something like that. Earlier I decided to wait to take my turns until after I could declare peace but I'm not sure when that is exactly.

Maybe it depends on the server? This was on Tournament.
