Humanitarians is 1/4 for GDI countries
Humanitarians is 1/12 for non-GDI countries
This allows more styles of playing for eg.
As a non-GDI country, you can choose to farm smaller countries which has less possibility of retalling you but you get exposed to special attacks. So its like getting defences against ABs or Missiles in exchange you get to hit smaller targets
As a GDI country, you are protected from special attacks unless you double tap them, meaning you can run 0 troops , 0 tanks , 0 sdi, but you are more prone to countries doing a retal.
Right now, the server is just basically grabbing off every country that is 1/4 of your networth till you reach your land goal. We need more different playing styles.
