I will just have to admit, that I have posted about this and qzjul hasn't even responded to that thread. Which is kind of irritating as it has a huge point to it.
I can recall a few instances when a country was killed with maybe 10-20 turns and restarted with 72 turns a few hours later.
You can even keep your banked turns which is rather pathetic as well, considering that banked turns should be killed off since your country DID die, just like you get killed with a nice stockpile of food... Do you get that food back? No.
Want more evidence of how restart rates should be fixed to how many turns the current country has played not the entire string of countries? I will make sure of it, qzjul.
