[Sug] Tag leader to control missles

Suggestion: Tag leader can control all the missiles in his alliance and launch them from his command station in times of emergency. (maybe limit it to one time a set this can be done).

no, fs's are powerful enuf already and in cs's case bit useless if fs was done well.

You could just allow to tag leader to have an on/off switch to allow members to use missiles and not use missiles.
