when someone starts a new country they get asked would you like to be placed in a training alliance or no.


once you join the training alliance you can not leave the alliance attack anyone or be attacked

once the member plays in this tag for a set and gets the handel on the game they can look at the current alliances and where they would like to go.


just a thought, if we did this we would need to make it fair to all alliances and let them all have "guest" accounts on the site if there was a site made up for them.

It would be pointless if there's no one to guide them.

Maybe the mods should run it. sound like a good place for people to meet and even start some new alliances too.

alliances put thier name in a hat, every alliance has the same chance of getting the member- ten tags apply? ten percent chance you get the member directed to your apply page.

give them multiple options for them to get accepted quicker. whatever you want to do, however you want to work it- assigning new players to tags would be good, no?

lol I don't think so. we need fresh clans but for that we need people. so I say we all should start hanging ads at your wal-mart. or just bug people till they decide to try it.

you know if the clan recruiters would try recruiting for the game has hard as they do for there clans we would have a lot of new members.

but that's to much to ask for since they would tell them to join there clans and the environment stays the same :( but its a thought lol

or a "New Member" server with permanent Protection from human players but also throw in a few bot countries that the new players could test out spy ops/land grabs and what not
