3. Allowance of up to 10% ICs (for spies only).
4. Tech start not allowed.
5. As far as possible you should rebuild to be mostly Res (shouldn't be a rainbow).
6. Your tech mix is up to you.

Just created. So for clarification we only build residential the entire set. Do we LG or just all X?

That works so only res. I’m changing my name back to what I normally play as. Running turns in a bit.

Ok so there's at least 3-4 of us it seems. Yes you can grab, but you gotta rebuild your land asap when you grab so it's just res (with a small amount of ICs for spies only - you can't use the ICs to produce anything else).
