Which is exactly what you should be doing. Against player countries--one hit, one retal. Try not to grab countries run by players that like to make you pay by retalling for much more acres than what you grabbed in the first place. Farm the bots when they leave DR. Specialize in a strategy and use the extra land to gain networth. Try to reach top10 at the end of the reset.

P.S. Missiles are a no-no. Tossing those generally means tossing any chances at ending top10. I only get missiles to discourage multitappers from multitapping in the first place.

If you consider a player looking at the news, seeing a new advantage against an annoying scrub, and acting upon it as "coordination", then maybe we shouldn't be able to see the news.

I've always wondered where you draw the line for coordination. That's a tough one to enforce from a moderator standpoint.

I know on more than one occasion I've seen random people join in for kills and wars. And I mean completely random. I've even had someone jump in on a target I've hit and I have absolutely no idea who they were and never even cared to find out. The newish players tend to follow the lead of news more than they should.

With all that being said... I don't consider that coordination. But how do you prove it?

I do not know who #7 is; nor do I know why #7 decided to jump on mac's country. Speculating, there are people who see a country whose player is annoying others and decide to jump in because of that. That may be the case here, but I am not going to turn down an advantage opened against a country I am currently at war with, just because it may be "unfair" or seen as coordination.

If you are an annoying player causing annoying circumstances, don't be surprised when others who haven't been affected directly decide to show you exactly why you shouldn't be annoying.

kingofhearts country was sending me the same messages as "nothing hits like a hammer". This is a clear example of coordination and there must be consequences against this. Furthermore I think its pathetic that you have to gang up in threes on a noob just because you don't want him making the top five and making you look pathetic.

I would suggest using the in-game report option if you feel you are wronged. Let the mods sort it out and both sides can have their day to be judged haha

I have not sent you any private messages. All of my communication with or about you has been on this forum.

One of the countries you have named in your complaint did send me a private message, in which the player explained that he/she was trolling you into thinking they were running a multi. I have not responded to that message, nor have I had any other interaction with this or the other two countries this reset.

If you really must know, all of my other private messages I have sent to other countries were notifications of my retaliations against them for earlier grabs.

Ah, the old argument that GDI gives one a right to carry limited defense and anyone who double taps or multi taps undefended treasure is a sinister fiend far worse than clans that play each other's countries.
This crazy belief grew up in the wake of the 2010 anti-friends-of-jagGdi rule changes and gained popularity until it became accepted as gospel by the netters who inherited this once great server in the post LaE apocalyptic era.
Netters believe they do not need defense because it is a crime against the game to hit them twice if they are in GDI.
When I first encountered this nonsensical fallacy I was appalled at what had happened to Express. Not only had tanks, troops and spies been banished from the game but even jets were now suspect.

This is not some Warsteresque lesser server useful only for training purposes.
Express is the epitome of the game, the highest, most challenging form of EE, the Server of servers.

I agree with everyone that macdaddy has provided no actionable evidence.

However, if we focus solely on the one sentence from Nukevil, we have a confession of an actionable deed.
The confession may or may not be true, but even if untrue, deletion of the country is appropriate.

The player who messaged Nuke admits to sending messages to macdaddy as though they control more than one country.
That is blatently illegal.
Ignoring everything macdaddy said, using only Nukevil's evidence, the sender of the message should be deleted.
The other country named or implied in the confession should not be deleted because we have no evidence that they were actually involved and not just another victim of the confessor.
Kingme is right that there is no implication of friends but there is a statement of control over more than one country which is illegal.

The message mentioned nothing about threatening action by "friends" or "other countries". However, I have to admit, if macdaddy is correct about two countries sending the same message, it makes me feel rather uneasy. Macdaddy can use the ingame report function and point out that two countries are sending the same messages. If the messages are word-for-word the same, I think there's a pretty good chance it may be seen as coordination. I agree with Kingme, as it is a very hard thing to determine.

Ban the two countries that sent the same exact message. Give NukEvil the benefit of the doubt, unless anything else shady happens with his country he has done nothing wrong. Unless evidence will prove otherwise.

macdaddy you should know you've completely destroyed your credibility based on your history of cheating. You have put yourself in this precarious position. I would suggest you take it with dignity, play on the up and up, and mend your relationship with the community and mods. Time will heal all wounds.

I have been trying to tell warster this but he cherry picks on who he wants to help. If I made a multi, it would be erased the same day. But countries can coordinate attacks on me all they want.. I tell warster this, give him proof and still he does nothing..

I just chose not to respond.
