Perhaps GDI should be evolved into a pure netting designation.

With that said they lose their military. The GDI'ers obviously find the war part of this game disgusting and shameful.

So instead of Troops, Jets, Turrets and Tanks they accumulate Goats, Sheep, Llamas and Chickens. Base the values the same as military.

Give the GDI'ers what they want.

Animals not bullets.

I think there are enough countries every set that are NOT in GDI for you to get your rocks off.
