Why do you need pacts? Run solid countries and do retals. This isn't 1a where you get farmed because you're not pacted with 90% of the server.

because as fun as it was warring PANLV warring with 16 countries on the level that we want to war on just takes too much time and effort

as for pacts on this server, I think most of you dont realise that a land:land pact usually involves a lot less land lost in a retal then a 2:1 escalating pact does so it matters little to us if its either or
most of the reason that people on this server is against L:L is from what i can tell because they dont really understand the basics of it and just hate the mere thought of it

As for other 1a polcies BP most tags here already goes with the 4:1 kill policy and even escalating retals started on the 1a server so FFA has no special "FFA" policies its all the same crap.

If your asking does this mean that I can topfeed you and get away with it? no one will ever get away with it :P
