hows the land tax + building costs on those?

i rmbr the biggest back on swirve was 100k by WOP and he said it was barely sustainable...

llaar had a 273k acre country.

and larger countries are easily sustainable nowadays, since none of us rides the short bus... thank god!

Easily sustainable considering I'm grabbing 30-40 mil/SS from land farms, and making 200k bushels/turn. Now what sucks is:

Each building consumes one acre of free land and costs $496,089 to build.

I'm only about %25 built, atm - the rest is just open land generating bushels. I'm really only playing to see just how much land I can get using solely my own farms though, so haven't worried much about the netting part of it.

my old FFA record was 287k acres

that country also had the largest land loss from a single grab which was ~ 28k acres, by frobie, which was when the country was around ~210k acres with about 1 or 2 DR on it, if i remember correctly.

and that 1 mill acre country was making several million bushels per turn on a positive net income as well. it was certainly not fully built either

llaar's 1m acre country was my landfarm!

i wonder what kind of grab you could get on a 1m acre country lol. you should have just done one grab to get the record llaar :P

max grab is something like 18% of land from a tyranny max strat tech on a PS on a country that is equal NW and in 0 DR

so, something around 194,000 acres would have been the ideally largest grab possible

that country was never out of DR though, so that would have been impossible to hit it with 0 DR therefore never getting a max hit on it, i was throwing like 40 DR on it a day, so grabs woulda netted like 1k acres or something

only reason frobie got me that one time on that other country back in '05, is that he stalked my activity for 2 full weeks, until i accidently left a window of opportunity.

llaar I grabbed you then as well for about 18k acres before you got to 200k if I remember correctly.

people just kept hitting my heavily farmed fattys, getting nothing, and i was racking in retal land like f'ing crazyness
