I think during a all attacks, the destruction of CS should be removed, it takes way way way to long to rebuild them, if you try and rebuild them you just get ABed or BRed again. It's just too damn effective, just the destruction of the rest of the buildings is plenty to get your point across, not to mention having to build at least 2 days worth of CS just to have a decent BPT and having the added build cost with less money, and or very little production. If you decide to not get rid of them, you should at least decrease the about of CS that gets destroyed.
