While most bugs in the system seem to have been cleaned up there's still a couple of things that are having trouble.

When allied spyops are uploaded they aren't being sent by the Clan API Key shown. By looking at what was sent to GHQ I was able to find the key that was actually in use and adjust settings accordingly.

The site to upload shared ops to appears to be changing itself on its own every few days. Occasionally when someone complains about an op not being shown I will check there to find it being set to upload to either Boxcar or LetsKillStuff. Setting it back to GHQ fixes the problem temporarily. While I suppose it's possible that we have a rogue admin changing the setting I don't believe that's the case here.
