He actually is cool, I've talked to him several times. I don't know why he plays that way though.
Last time he hit me randomly (not a retal) I was tempted to go multi-tap back but then I saw he'd thought of that and had a bunch of warfare and missiles... so people could only retal him once. I feel like there could almost be a good strategy somewhere in there but I don't know.
