how do you know if some one gets info on your country i had some one spy on me it says i killed 271 spies but thats all

You only see the failed ops on you.

If there's only one failure, either they weren't that bothered about it, or they got through on their second try. :)

Yes no way. You either find out by it saying someone has invaded you land and took etc or you catch there spies.

High spal will spy you, spy your allies without you knowing they were there or not and either landgrab or not.
