btw newb question, the numbers we get for our countries are those random? or given as players creat countries for express? or maybe carry over from last?

i hear you about multi hit, when i started the set i made sure to only hit once per country i attack'd. But while browsing through other big top ten i notice ya'll multi hit. so when i see a juicy target....i kinda go balls to the wall lol. By Juicy i mean like targets with little to no d....lots of land....and no allies with rainbow buildings :O.
