not sure who you are, but me diffusing your missiles is a necessary precaution. Here I am looking at a person whose name is macfail and then I discover that your investing most of your research into warfare and weapons. Of course I'm going to respond by diffusing your missiles. Just feel lucky I don't smash your country into the ground

macdaddy has a habit of buying up every military unit in sight with every dollar of cash he has on hand at the moment, pushing his expenses through the roof and his economy down the pooper. Its rarely worth it to buy up this early to place landgrabs on him. He'll be good farm land later when cash flow is good on people that can actually run a mediocre country or better, but I doubt he lives long enough.
