Boltar agreed on a CF with you? Thats news to me, as far as I was aware, I was running penance tag (not that I wanted to, Boltar told me it was my tag) and no one mentioned any CF to me, no cf has been posted here on TT, penance is still at war with your tag therefor under the rules boltars actions are not deletable as we are still at war.
On a side note, this is not where you report countries, there is an ingame feature to report countries for cheating. However you need proof, posting news isnt proof (It is very easy to watch the news and throw chems when you see someone being killed). Please provide proof of members of our tag cheating, otherwise stop being a whiney little fluff cause your tag got smacked the fluff up by superior warmongers!
