Nope, if someone quad-taps you on a server not named Express, you probably cannot kill him solo. On every other server your goal would be to cripple them, guess what, he was already crippled, goal achieved.

Killing the server? In case you haven't noticed the only people fluffing and complaining were the netters that thought they could get their way on this server. The server may have been on a decline, but so is the game.

We're trying to give this server a chance and avoid that. But yes, they is the other option, and it's not because of the new rule.
