qz, you have really out done yourself with the lameness dude. I sold almost all of my def, used 72 turns, and logged back into a farmed country. Also, I had to retag on the team server - WTF?

idea was (probably) to get players back to war immediately but it backfires there and there especially since suiciders benefit on it too.

Has it always been this way? I feel like it has changed more than once...

originally: restarts were 4.7k nw with 100 acres, protection 99 turns

1st change: restarts got portion of their land and cs's and some cash based on how many turns they had spent, protection 99 turns

current: restarts get to keep most of what their orig. country had (everything except missiles) upto 95% (70% + 0.02% per def), 15 turns protection

yea if you have good restart strat.

I'd agree with Viva if you start with your CS on hand. imagine starting with 400k spies, 10k acres, and no production or CS.
