Yes, it will translate to complete tagkill of all those TSO tags as well but thats just a side effect of what really matters: we have more resources because we played better and therefore we have a solid TNW advantage. TNW is directly related to the resources we have available for war, except for turns and cash; which both sides have in reasonably equal amounts at this stage.
