And here I thought MKRs policy was to kill whenever someone made 3 hits on you? At least thats what you told us a few sets ago...

It makes no mention of a time period because there is none. Attacks against our countries are considered in aggregate, during the entire set. This puts #74 at 4 hits against the same player.

Maybe the policy you posted should say that.

We're going to let it slide with retals, but just because there are loopholes in our retal policy doesn't mean these things are okay. The retal policy is a guideline of what we expect and is far from an airtight contract that accounts for every contingency. Events will be evaluated on a case by case basis in the event that the retal policy doesn't clearly define protocol.

Please be aware in the future that MKR does not like repeated landgrabs against our countries. A few grabs is fine and will be dealt with by retals, this is part of the game. However, excessive grabs will not be tolerated.
