yes the situation has been resolved. I was unaware of the spy-ops and had done no myself, nor attacked any TSO country and then logged in to a killed country. Two things which still make no sense to me is why BnkArrow and MilfSex did the kill run when TSO clear is not part of TSO. And why was I killed and not the countries which had performed the spy-ops. But like i said it has been resolved, I was just surprised to see an unprovoked kill run (or so it seemed).
