If anyone here had balls they would call this what it is fluffing cowardness. Imag is winning a war and gets jumped by rival and no one among you has the guts to say hey wait a minute? I send out a challange to every damn one of the other alliances out there to stand up for how underhanded and fluffed this is. I challange every alliance to take a side and ether stand for honesty and backing ones allies or underhanded bullfluff. id like to think that someone out there will say enough and join in but somehow i seriously doubt they will. Personally I feel recruiting during war to be a low/dirty tactic. It's not the worst 'war crime' though.

That being said, I'm glad Rival has retained that membership.

There's a difference between recruiting temproray mercenaries, and longtime members.

So, it's another one of these sets. Last time it was SoL deciding it was good to join IX in their war versus their own ally that called them to defense, bringing up the nw of imag enemies up to 10 times our own size after their fs. This time its Rival who clearly lacks any kind of honor what so ever, fsing an alliance not far from a third its size that is already at war with a bigger alliance. Not even the curtesy of a proper declaration.

I think we need this. Last time imag was put in such an uneven war because of the bullying attitudes of another far larger alliance lacking justification, it actually bolstered our activity and enjoyment of the game quite a lot. I regard the imag vs IX+SoL war the most fun during my imag career, hope to see another one.

I do however like how they decided to war us, seeing how it feels that we've gotten more accomplished by their dec than they did. Your objective to ruin the set for us by involving both alliances in a pointless one sided clusterfluff means we've also ruined your set, without doing anything. You may of course war somebody else too later but then you will still have us decimating your restarts. Mostly sad that LCN didn't get the chance to fight back and prove themselves.

Ok, now. iScode, thanks for explaining your point of view. Its good. I understand it. But well, we in RIVAL dont agree with it. As we dont agree - we declare war on you.

Also, i want to make a note for you. In my eyes its alot better to make preemptive CS (= declare war before your enemy declare on you) than declare war on someone, who dropped you. And here we come to the jun-august. Alot of RIVALers went on vacation (30 finished previous reset and we started new reset with like 20-25). Noone told me, what we going to have a interesting war, but then we see TIE outpacting all our allies and refuse to pact us. We are smart guys&girls and know, what it means. So, we made a preemptive CS:) TIE kinda outplayed us at start of reset. But if we want to refer to dirty tactics, i see its as dirty tactic to outpact peacefull alliance and force him to 1v1 fight. Ok, we accepted the challange. But then you do such unfriendly war invitaition, dont expect someone to keep the war friendly. TIE did all to win (they also invited like 7-8 ppl), we did all to win. We was just better. You didnt like to see RIVAL win - you declare war on us. Its ok, we accepted it also. But dont expect us to let you get out with it. We are not saints:) You made a decision, so you have to pay for it. So, now, can you tell me whats wrong with it?

Idk Duna, not being able to do what you wanted is a fluff. We war every set, it happens to us all the time, that's why you keep doors open for backup plans. Besides, 3:1 isn't much of a fun war either.
