First off I still want to know where boltar or I lied. When it comes to TSO as a whole those are the only 2 that really matter for what you've been claiming. Other than that it's all seperate tags. Basically call boltar or I a liar again without proof and you (you = everything associated with WB) die.

I'd also like to point out this stems from a series of double taps made by #60. It really does help to check all the news, and you'll notice both tags that were involved with killing #60 had double taps done to them (monks too if you want to be technical).

TSO as a whole will not interfere as long as it stays with just the 2 tags, but if even 1 hit falls in from another WB tag consider yourselves all dead.

since certain tags have a history of not being very smart, it's normal to cap them at 2:kill, 3:kill is just automatic.

when 2 people from 2 tags ask permission to kill for double taps from the same country, I tend to give it.
